Filters and Miscellaneous
Type F250
It is mainly used for high inlet pressure applications. Their function is to retain small particles being carried through gaseous flows. It may be used as a line drain point, for the condensate formed inside it due to its drain valve. Its usage has the goal of supplying gases clean of undesired particles bigger than 10/20 µ to control pilots of pilot operated regulator valves, or to pneumatic control instruments.
Maximum Inlet Pressure: Up to 140 kg/cm 2 .
Maximum Operating Temperature: From –20 up to 70 °C .
End Connections: ¼” NPT Female threaded (according to ASME ANSI B16.11/96).
Construction Materials: Head and Body in Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel; Drain Valve and Central Tube in Laminated Brass and Carbon Steel; Filtering element in Brass or 316 Stainless Steel; O-Ring in Neoprene; Other parts in 316 Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel or Brass.
Type F254
It is mainly used for high inlet pressure applications. Their function is to retain small particles being carried through gaseous flows. It may be used as a line drain point, for the condensate formed inside it due to its drain valve. Its usage has the goal of supplying gases clean of undesired particles bigger than 10/20 µ to control pilots of pilot operated regulator valves, or to pneumatic control instruments.
Maximum Inlet Pressure: Up to 200 kg/cm 2 .

F597 Series
It is mainly used for medium inlet pressure applications. Their function is to retain small particles being carried through gaseous flows. Its usage has the goal of supplying gases clean of undesired particles bigger than 10/20 µ to control pilots of pilot operated regulator valves, or to pneumatic control instruments.
Maximum Inlet Pressure: Up to 100 kg/cm 2 .
Maximum Operating Temperature: From –20 up to 70 °C .
End Connections: ¼” NPT Female threaded (according to ASME ANSI B16.11/96).
Construction Materials: Head and Body in Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel; Filtering element in Brass or 316 Stainless Steel; O-Ring in Neoprene; Other parts in 316 Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel or Brass.
VR - Last Position Valve
It is an accessory that allows to block the inlet supply pressure to the control valve. It is pneumatically operated as a result of a sudden pressure drop of the supply pressure, its main goal is to keep the valve fixed to the last working position. It is recommended to be used with clean, non viscous gaseous fluids.
Maximum Inlet Pressure: Up to 4 kg/cm 2 .
Maximum Operating Temperature: From –20 up to 65 °C .
End Connections: ¼” NPT Female threaded (according to ASME ANSI B16.11/96).
Construction Materials: Body in Laminated Aluminum, Cap in Laminated Brass, Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel; Plug in Laminated Aluminum and Synthetic Rubber; Spring in Stainless Steel.
VVR - Quick Release Valve
It is an accessory that allows a quick release of the pressure applied to a pneumatic actuator, to make it achieve its failure position quickly. It is recommended to be used with clean, non viscous gaseous fluids.
Maximum Inlet Pressure: Up to 4 kg/cm 2 .
Maximum Operating Temperature: From –20 up to 65 °C .
End Connections: 3 / 8 ” NPT Female threaded (according to ASME ANSI B16.11/96).
Construction Materials: Body and Cap in Laminated Aluminum; Plug in Synthetic Rubber; O-Ring in Neoprene.
RV – Adjustable Restriction
It is n accessory that when used helps to vary the response time of a pilot operated regulator valve (eg. 1099R, VD277, etc.), as a result of flows rate changes. It is recommended to be used with clean, non viscous gaseous fluids.
Maximum Inlet Pressure: Up to 100 kg/cm 2 .
Maximum Operating Temperature: From –20 up to 65 °C .
End Connections: ¼” NPT Female threaded (according to ASME ANSI B16.11/96).
Construction Materials: Body and Cap in Laminated Brass or Stainless Steel; O-Rings in Neoprene.
