ICR

The ICR-D valves; single seat, cage guided globe type body, balanced seal. Great control stability with high pressure differentials. The cage guiding provides stability to the seal in all its travel, reducing vibrations and mechanical noise.

Descripción

The EPTA® ICR control valve has the following features:
· Quick change inner parts (as its name indicates) which makes it possible to do maintenance operations without removing the body of the valve from the pipeline.
· It is used as a regulating valve (control) or blocking (on-off).
· The supply can be normally open or normally close depending the actuator.
· Can be uses with gases, liquids and steam.
· It is used in a wide range of pressure losses (maximum 95 kg/cm²) and/or
temperature from -20 ºC to 540 ºC depending the service conditions. Standard. ASME B16.5
· Closing variety depending usage and standard (FCI 70-2): Class II – Class III –
Class IV – Class V and Class VI
· They have a balanced or unbalanced seal guided through a cage, or seat.
· The cage determines the characteristic of the stream, the guide and the stability of the seal in all its travel, reducing vibrations and mechanical noise.
· Because of the balanced seal, it is possible to have a less push and smaller size actuator.
