Line R2
The pneumatic blocking relay R2 (Direct or Reverse) is typically used together with a pneumatic switch to block or put back valves. It can also be used in pneumatic instruments as a secondary element. When the registered pressure reaches the relay setting value, the relay sends a pneumatic signal to the switch thus producing a variation in its state. Its main function is to register service pressures on line.
