PRESSURE REDUCING VALVE RP1098 NORMAL CLOSE (FC)

The EPTA® RP1098 regulating valves are used whenever sensitivity, safety and high performance are needed.

This model of valve is usually used in gas distribution systems.

NORMAL SERVICES: Gas fluid.

NORMAL CHARACTERISTICS: Globe type body with bolted flange cover, single seat, cage set,
seal cage-guided, soft-seal.

STANDARD CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS:

Body and Flange Cover: Molten Steel

Cage, Seal and Seat: Stainless Steel and other materials depending on the service conditions.

Soft seat: Neoprene or PTFE

Seal O-Ring: Neoprene

Diaphragm Hood: Molten Steel

Most Inner Parts: Stainless steel or other materials depending on the service conditions

Diaphragm and Seal O-Rings: Neoprene

 

SIZE OF THE BODY: From Ø ½” to Ø 4”
MAXIMUM INLET PRESSURE: = 100 Kg/cm²
MINIMUM Δp = 2 Kg/cm²
OUTLET PRESSURE : From 1 Kg/cm² to 50 Kg/cm²
TEMPERATURE RANGE: From -20ºC to 60ºC
TYPE OF CONNECTIONS: Thread: NPT, standard ASME B16.11/96
