AF617 ICR
The EPTA® AF617 control valve has a floating design and counterweight. It has quick change inner parts so it is not necessary to remove the body of the valve from the pipeline whenever maintenance tasks are performed. It is used as a controller of the level of liquid in tanks, vats, deposits, etc., whenever it is necessary to control the stream of the entering liquid.

FEATURES | |
Actuator | AF617, direct or reverse |
Common Characteristics | Direct Action: When the level of the liquid goes up, the control valve closes and vice versa , thus controlling the stream of the fluid which enters the container. A fine adjustment can be performed using the counterweight position (for valves Ø12”) and also the floater.
Watertightness of the Seat: The valve has an hermetic seal. During the service the solid substances particles (sand, weld spatter, etc.) usually cause damage and leakages in the seats; that is why maintenance should be performed periodically. |
