• Dual

The  EPTA® DUAL valve (FTC+FTO) is a compact model designed for industrial applications and distribution networks when the installations or regulation chambers  do not have the standard dimensions for the implementation of a typical regulation SKID.

The DUAL regulation model has a combination of two valves in the same body MONITOR+ACTIVE and each regulating valve depends on the specific configuration chosen by the user.

  • ICR

The ICR-D valves; single seat, cage guided globe type body, balanced seal. Great control stability with high pressure differentials. The cage guiding provides stability to the seal in all its travel, reducing vibrations and mechanical noise.

  • INE2800-252V

    Description
The INE2800-252V electric level switch is an equipment used in control in the oil industry, and for other industrial uses. It consists of a micro switch inside an explosion-proof box type 2800 with a displacer and a flex tube type 252V.

  • INE52

    Description
The EPTA® INE52 electric level switch is mainly used  in control of oil production or in other low temperature industrial processes. It has a watertight micro switch on a body with a floater and a rotation axis.

  • INN52

    Description
The pneumatic level switch INN52 is mainly used in oil production control or for low temperature industrial purposes. The set includes a micro valve joined to a body type MV777 with a floater and a rotation axis.

  • Line AP

The EPTA® AP pressure auto-regulating valve (auto-pilot/auto-operated) is used with a wide variety of clean inviscid  gases and liquids.

The AP normally open fail with balanced or unbalanced seal, can be used in compressed air supply,  flushing gas or in control panels where where it is necessary to control minimum stream intakes.

  • Line AP1307

The EPTA® AP1307 auto-regulating valve is used in clean inviscid gases and liquids. It is used in services with temperatures up to 60ºC, in a wide range of pressure drops, where a good range of control is essential. The AP1307 is normally open in all its variants, with a balanced seal for nominal passages and unbalanced por reduced passages.

  • Line CN2500

    Description
The EPTA® CN2500 level pneumatic controller has two main elements: the controller and the displacer. There is equipment for interface liquid-liquid with superior liquid density emulsion oil-water 0,925 g/cm³; lower liquid water: 1,02 g/cm³.

  • Line CN2900

    Description
The pneumatic level controller CN2900 is a reliable and strong-built equipment used for the detection of the level of liquid.
It is used in pressurized containers or non-pressurized. It is specially useful for the gas and oil industry, and for  industrial processes in general.

  • Line CP4150/4160

    Description
The pneumatic pressure controller CP4150 y CP4160 has a primary element (Bourdon tube and/or bellows) which connected to the pressure that must be controlled, transforms the variations of that pressure into a pneumatic signal using a system based on the balance principle using a nozzle, a flap and readjustment bellows. This signal is amplified in stream and pressure by a pilot which produces the output signal.

  • Line D7

The EPTA® D7 control valve is compact and has a body suitable for high pressure. It is used as regulating or blocking valve in the oil industry, for fluids and gases. It is normally open or normally close, depending on the design of the actuator.

  • Line F250

The EPTA® F250 high, medium and low pressure filter is an element used to retain the foreign particles that are dragged in the gas streams in the air line of the instrument as well as in the gas line. It can drain the liquid that is condensed in its interior using its incorporated purge valve. It is used to supply air/gas free of particles over 15/20µ to instruments in control valve panels, simple and double effect piston actuators, and pilot-operated pressure reducing valves in valve line RG VG VD.
