• VD277S

The working principle of this reducer is the same as the model VD277 but it incorporates a seal o-ring which is independent of the modulation.

    The reset is manual.

  • VD277SA

REGULATING DIAPHRAGM VALVE  with BLOCKING SYSTEM VD277S

The EPTA® diaphragm valve with blocking system VD277S is a pressure regulator valve which is used in industries and distribution systems. The operating principle is based in the pressure difference on the diaphragm made by the regulation. It has an external regulated pilot P67S/2, an external variable restrictor RV2 and a filter F250. It has a security system with a blocking system with an independent seal.

The blocking trigger in VD277S is composed by a piston or diaphragm. The return is automatically made by the automatic relay. If it is used as a blocking active valve there is also a noise attenuator.
For the VD277SA/AR the blocking system and automatic return is commanded by two pilots (cut when high pressure and return when low pressure) which set point values are regulated.

  • VG754S

The EPTA® VG754S fail to open (FTO) pressure regulating valve has an incorporated blocking system, and the blocking seal is independent from the regulation seal. The manual reset is done using a lever, the blocking system and the automatic reset is done using pneumatic relays.

They are used when sensitivity, safety and high performance are needed in distribution networks.

  • VG754SA

EPTA® VG754SA pressure regulating valves fail to open (FTO) are used when sensitivity, safety and high capacity in distribution networks are necessary.

The blocking and automatic reset valves are commanded by pneumatic relays.
