The EPTA® 9801 relief valve (fail close FC- fail open FO) is used mainly in gas lines as blocking or venting system depending on the configuration of the actuator and the installed peripheral elements.
This line is pneumatically operated using an actuator to diaphragm and antagonistic spring.
It has an open-close indicator and its opening time is more than a 30 seconds and their closing time is less than 1 second, it can be normally open (vent) or normally close (blocking) depending on the actuator.
