REGULATING DIAPHRAGM VALVE with BLOCKING SYSTEM VD277S
The EPTA® diaphragm valve with blocking system VD277S is a pressure regulator valve which is used in industries and distribution systems. The operating principle is based in the pressure difference on the diaphragm made by the regulation. It has an external regulated pilot P67S/2, an external variable restrictor RV2 and a filter F250. It has a security system with a blocking system with an independent seal.
The blocking trigger in VD277S is composed by a piston or diaphragm. The return is automatically made by the automatic relay. If it is used as a blocking active valve there is also a noise attenuator.
For the VD277SA/AR the blocking system and automatic return is commanded by two pilots (cut when high pressure and return when low pressure) which set point values are regulated.
