• SOS

The EPTA® SOS (shut-off security) blocking valve is a positive close action valve, that is to say, normally close by the spring and kept in that position by the stream direction. The blocking trigger is formed by a piston or diaphragm and the reset is done manually. The blocking can be high cut-out, low cut-out or high cut-out and low cut-out pressure. The close of the seal is unbalanced.

  • OM ICR

The EPTA® OM-ICR manual operated valve is used in manual regulation as regulating blocking valve in a wide range of fluids (Gases- Liquids and Steam).

This characteristic is present in the ICR (Quick Change Inner Parts).  The manual drive design “Multi-turn” allows a constant regulation together with the selected inner parts (Balanced /Unbalanced), depending on the service conditions.

  • 9801

The EPTA® 9801 relief valve (fail close FC- fail open FO) is used mainly in gas lines as blocking or venting system depending on the configuration of the actuator and the installed peripheral elements.

This line is pneumatically operated using an actuator to diaphragm and antagonistic spring.

It has an open-close indicator and its opening time is more than a 30 seconds and their closing time is less than 1 second, it can be normally open (vent) or normally close (blocking) depending on the actuator.

  • VA125

The EPTA® VA125 fail close relief valve is used in a wide range of clean and inviscid gases and liquids.

Its uses include services with fluids up to a temperature of 60ºC in a wide range of pressure drops. It has a normal close unbalanced seal.

  • VA120

The EPTA® VA120 fail close relief valve is used in a wide variety of clean inviscid gases and liquids.

It is used with fluids up to a temperature of 60ºC in a wide range of pressure drops. It is designed with a normally close unbalanced seal.

  • Line VA

The EPTA® VA (Fail close) relief valve is used in a wide variety of clean inviscid gases and liquids.

It can be used with fluids of temperatures up to 60 ºC de in a wide range of pressure drops, to control the fluid discharge, in a specific or recirculated process.

  • Line AP1307

The EPTA® AP1307 auto-regulating valve is used in clean inviscid gases and liquids. It is used in services with temperatures up to 60ºC, in a wide range of pressure drops, where a good range of control is essential. The AP1307 is normally open in all its variants, with a balanced seal for nominal passages and unbalanced por reduced passages.

  • RP70

The EPTA® RP70 pressure auto-reducing valve is used in pneumatic instruments or in a variety of equipment which need a higher liquid stream, with a constant reduced pressure of a wide variety of clean inviscid gases and liquids.

This design has a normal fail open unbalanced seal.

  • AP77

The EPTA® AP77 pressure auto-regulating valve is used for gas fluids. The AP77 is normally open with unbalanced seal.
It has a relief valve type S71 for protection of the hood.

  • Line AP

The EPTA® AP pressure auto-regulating valve (auto-pilot/auto-operated) is used with a wide variety of clean inviscid  gases and liquids.

The AP normally open fail with balanced or unbalanced seal, can be used in compressed air supply,  flushing gas or in control panels where where it is necessary to control minimum stream intakes.

  • TV-137

The  EPTA®  TV137 valve (FTC+FTO+Blocking) is a compact model (3 in 1) designed for industrial uses or for distribution nets where the combination of 3 valves (BLOCKING + MONITOR + ACTIVE) is necessary in a same body reducing the spaces in the skids or the regulation chambers.

The fail position depends on the desired configuration.
