• VM7600

The VM7600 butterfly control valve of rotational flap type “Disc or Fishtail” with connections type WAFFER to be interlayered between flanges.

It can have free axis or normally with pneumatic actuator type AN656. This valve is commonly used in low difference pressure services.

It can be used as regulating or blocking valve in a wide variety of fluids.

  • AF617 ICR

The EPTA® AF617 control valve has a floating design and counterweight. It has quick change inner parts so it is not necessary to remove the body of the valve from the pipeline whenever maintenance tasks are performed. It is used as a controller of the level of liquid in tanks, vats, deposits, etc., whenever it is necessary to control the stream of the entering liquid.

  • MAK 55E

The control valve “MAK 55E has a floater and flange. It is used for work lines of low and medium pressure as in closed tanks, vats and deposits where it is necessary to control the level of the liquid.

This line has quick change inner parts type “ICR” which makes it possible to perform maintenance tasks without removing the valve from the pipeline/installation.

  • Line VE

The EPTA®  VE control valve is suitable for reduced spaces.

It is used as a regulating valve in different industrial applications, for inviscid liquids (clean) and gases. It is provided normally open or normally close, depending on the designed of the required actuator (see leaflet AN57d / AN57i)

  • Line D7

The EPTA® D7 control valve is compact and has a body suitable for high pressure. It is used as regulating or blocking valve in the oil industry, for fluids and gases. It is normally open or normally close, depending on the design of the actuator.

  • PT

The EPTA®  PT is compact and has a body suitable for high pressures. It is used as a regulating or blocking valve. It can be normally open or close depending on the design of the actuator.

  • Line ICR-H

This line is used for regulating or high pressure blocking valves. Changing the inner parts can be done without removing the body of the valve from the pipe. It is provided normally open or normally closed depending of the actuator.

  • VC1

The EPTA® VC1 control valve is extremally compact.
It can be used as a regulating or blocking valve in low pressure gas and liquids.
It has hermetic or metalic sealing and it is provided normally open or normally closed.

  • AN57D and AN57I for VE

The EPTA® AN57d and AN57i actuators pneumatically command the VE type control valves. It performs a modulating control or prints an on-off function on the valve, if the received signal is of that nature. For normal signals of 3-15 psi and 6-30 psi the AN57 actuator is reversible between NA and NC (AN57d and AN57i).

  • AN657 and AN667 for ICR

The actuators AN657 y AN667 are in charge of the pneumatic control of the control valves. It carries out a modulating control or establishes an on-off to the valve, it the input signal is of that type.

  • AD644 (Differential Pressure Actuator)

This actuator is used in ICR bodies and its function is to keep a differential pressure between 2 fluids: the outlet of the body of the ICR valve and the one form the reference pipeline. Both pressures are pumped in the upper and lower chambers of the actuator, and the spring is used to establish the value of the differential.

  • ICR

The ICR-D valves; single seat, cage guided globe type body, balanced seal. Great control stability with high pressure differentials. The cage guiding provides stability to the seal in all its travel, reducing vibrations and mechanical noise.
