Line VE
The EPTA® VE control valve is suitable for reduced spaces.
It is used as a regulating valve in different industrial applications, for inviscid liquids (clean) and gases. It is provided normally open or normally close, depending on the designed of the required actuator (see leaflet AN57d / AN57i)
-
MAK 55E
The control valve “MAK 55E has a floater and flange. It is used for work lines of low and medium pressure as in closed tanks, vats and deposits where it is necessary to control the level of the liquid.
This line has quick change inner parts type “ICR” which makes it possible to perform maintenance tasks without removing the valve from the pipeline/installation.
-
AF617 ICR
The EPTA® AF617 control valve has a floating design and counterweight. It has quick change inner parts so it is not necessary to remove the body of the valve from the pipeline whenever maintenance tasks are performed. It is used as a controller of the level of liquid in tanks, vats, deposits, etc., whenever it is necessary to control the stream of the entering liquid.
-
VM7600
The VM7600 butterfly control valve of rotational flap type “Disc or Fishtail” with connections type WAFFER to be interlayered between flanges.
It can have free axis or normally with pneumatic actuator type AN656. This valve is commonly used in low difference pressure services.
It can be used as regulating or blocking valve in a wide variety of fluids.
-
Actuator AN656
The AN656 actuators are designed to operate equipment with requiere to be moved by a lever. These can be either proportional or two-position and are generally applied in butterfly valves, ball valves, shutter or gate among others.
-
CN3
The butterfly control valve CN3, of rotation flap type “Disc or fishtail” with WAFFER connections to be interlayer between flanges.
It can have a free shaft or normally with pneumatic actuator AN656. This valve is usually used in services with low pressure differences.
It is used as a regulating or blocking valve with a wide variety of fluids.
The type of watertightness in this valve is Class VI (standard FCI 70-2)
-
VD277
The EPTA® VD277 fail to open (FTO) pressure regulating valve is a model designed for and in distribution networks. The operating principle is based on the pressure difference on the diaphragm provided by the regulation. It has an external regulation pilot, an external variable restrictor and a filter F250. All the elements are provided installed and interconnected.
-
VG754
The EPTA® VG754 pressure regulating valve fail to open (FTO) are used whenever sensitivity, safety and high capacity in distribution networks are necessary.
Its seal is guided in cage which provides stability in big pressure drops and with capacity to control streams of either low or high levels.
-
1099
The EPTA® 1099 valve is used in liquid /gas services, as a reducer or relief valve. It is composed of a body with tap inner parts which provide a strong guide in all the travel of the seal. Its working principle is based on the different areas of the seal. It also has a pilot with variable restriction which commands the set.
It is commanded with the same installation fluid used as driving force, with the pilot selection has a variable restrictor and a filter.
-
RG97
The EPTA® RG97 pressure regulating valve is used in industrial reducer plants, boiler reducer plants, furnaces and compressed air installations. The regulating valve RG97S is a variant of the RG97 with an incorporated over pressure blocking system with lever manual reset. In this model the same technical parameters and construction characteristics of the RG97 are present.
